Beautiful Villa with sea views located on the first line of the Portocolom Bay. Recently renovated in a Mediterranean style. It consists of 3 double rooms en suite. A studio with sofa bed and toilet. All with hot/cold pump and fan. At the main entrance, a spacious living room with sea views, fireplace and television. At the back of the house, the kitchen and the dining room share a large open space with access to the sunny 200m2 patio with a sofa and hammocks.

An arched ceiling enhances the spaciousness of the room, which features a comfortable bed with neutral bedding. A wooden table with a mirror and a chair occupies one corner, while a soft armchair and a plant add a touch of serenity. Natural light fills the room.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

A serene living area features a light gray sofa positioned in front of a minimalist TV unit. Natural light streams through a large glass door and a small window, highlighting the neutral tones of the walls and the warmth of the wooden ceiling beams.

Ideal house for hikers, cyclists, families (with children) or any person who wants to enjoy our endearing landscapes full of peace, gastronomy and Mallorcan culture. The house is located close to Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, between vineyards. Just to 20 minutes from the airport or Palma City. Excellent place for cycling routes, tracking or golf (Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro) and of course, visit our beautiful and warm beaches
