House with open-plan lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed on the ground floor, the other with 2 single beds on the upper floor, and 1 bathroom. It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Among the services we offer is breakfast, which is optional (8€ a day, per person).

The center of the center

1 bedroom apartment. Although it´s ideal for a couple, it can accommodate a extra guest in the living room sofa-bed. Located in the center the newly World Heritage area, this apartment is the best starting point to discover the city of Coimbra. The university is a 5 minutes walk, and the city comercial area is a 1 minute walk. Small restaurants, fado houses, bars, a national museum and small groceries shops are all at hand. This family managed apartment is located at street level.

Casa da Nonô is a beautiful and comfortable house that offers a suite, a double room, a two bed bedroom, a common bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (samll with a 4 seater table), Washing machine, living room (very small) and outdoor space with barbecue. We also have to offer super fast Wi-Fi, as well as cable connection in all rooms, living room and balcony. We also have flat-screen cable TV in all rooms with more than 100 channels. The house has central heating system.

Casas do Pátio are in the heart of the historic center of Coimbra, in an unexpected courtyard located on Rua Fernandes Thomaz, inside the old wall of Coimbra, a few meters from one of the gates of the medieval city, the Arco de Almedina, the picturesque Quebra-Costas and the monumental Sé Velha. The Casas are the result of the restoration in 2022 of the building of the old Correio-mor, the first postal service in Portugal, created in 1520 by King D. Manuel.
