A 10 minuti da ponte vecchio ed intono all'appartamento potrai trovare tutto ciò che serve, ristoranti bar e locali notturni. L'appartamento è estremamente silenzioso. Ti sentirai come a casa. Maria del Fiore and S-Croce, the flat has the characteristic florentine style, with travi a vista, parquet, view on the rooftops and two nice caminetti. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, wifi, air conditioning . It is ideal for maximum 4 for persons. As almost all the ancient buildings/palaces it has no elevator, but at your arrival you will be surrounded by a unique atmosfera, heartfelt and romantic!

The roof terrace is located on the third and top floor, without a lift (where the brave dare) of a small building in the lively Sant'Ambrogio neighborhood, just steps from all the city's major attractions. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
