It has been recently restored under the expert coordination of the owner Luisa, keeping the romantic Venetian character and atmosphere of the past unaltered: it has the entrance on the fourth and last floor and it overlooks three sides of the palace. The living room has a remarkable view over the wide campo S. Maurizio where a periodic and characteristic antiques market takes place; from the living room you can admire important gothic buildings and the homonymous neoclassic church built by the Venetian architect Gianantonio Selva with its majestic bell tower. The double room, with its original antique ceiling made of wooden trusses and an antique fireplace between two windows is furnished in a typical Venetian style and has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom with shower is made in a precious three-colour glass mosaic and has washing machine and hair dryer. The elegant and cosy kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, microware oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker - gives access to the upstairs loft where you can read or rest in a small reserved area. vi presentiamo la nostra nuova casa ,si trova al terzo e ultimo piano e gode di una fantastica vista sui tetti di Venezia: l'appartamento è stato ultimato di restaurare nel maggio 2019 con finiture di alto livello: parquet in vero legno e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, il grande bagno ha sia vasca che doccia e due lavabi. vi ricordiamo che verremmo personalmente ad accogliervi alla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia o a piazzale roma, stazione di arrivo dei bus dall'aeroporto.
