Our 1928 carriage house apartment is walking distance to the Boardwalk, beach, wharf, basketball stadium, and downtown. Cowells and Main Beaches, Steamers Lane, Boardwalk, wharf, and West Cliff Drive (path along the ocean) are all a quick 5 min walk from our house. The apartment is located in a private garden setting, away from the main street, behind our home. There is a separate dedicated garden space for you to use. Quiet one bedroom home, walking distance to our remote beach. There is 1 bed and 1 bathroom with a shower stall, a full kitchen and a small living room. The house has its own private entrance but is attached to our house by an exterior wall. We do not have access to the guest cottage but we will be next door during your stay.

Enjoy this quaint, peaceful redwood retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house.
