Townhome holiday rentals in Santa Cruz

We cannot save enough good things about Lisa's place- we didn't want to leave. The place had the best location! Described as 28 steps to the beach, it really is that! I was looking for a beachfront property, and this was just that. The beach was also easy to get to, unlike some of the other listings. The home was very clean and comfortable- it had a lot of high tech items, like the Lululemon exercise mirror, the table that is a high/low, standing or sitting, the sleep number beds, the restroom mirrors/shower. Lots of items were included to ensure an amazing stay-- binoculars for whale watching, sand toys on the patio, and aquarium passes. So very thoughtful! Lisa was very responsive, and I really appreciate the later checkout upon request. I wasn't feeling well that last full day and was really grateful. We were also lucky that we got to be here when the heated pools were available! My absolute favorite part was the views and proximity to the beach!

Yuhui’s place was a great find for a quick weekend trip! We were looking for a clean and quiet neighborhood nearby Stanford and this place was perfect. Yuhui is super responsive, gave us helpful directions, and provided us with recommendations on places we could check out within the area. The neighborhood is super quiet, and the parking was safe and easy. There may not always be parking available directly outside the Airbnb, but sometimes it’ll be a short walk. We didn’t mind since there’s quite a bit of nature to enjoy. Notable things for this stay were the really large bathroom, high pressure shower, and comfy bed. We were also able to enjoy some of our favorite Netflix shows available on the TV guest profile. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at this property. We occupied two units. There is always plenty of space, and it was clean and ready to go. We enjoyed the little details: plush towels, the “nice” TP, etc :) Thanks for hosting us - we’d come back if you’ll have us.

We enjoyed our stay at Its a Shore Thing!! The home has been updated so nicely! We all felt right at home as we enjoyed fun evenings and a great launching pad for our day excursions!! Being a quick walk from the beach was fabulous!!

Very lovely property in the perfect location near SFO and easy access to the City. Excellent space to work and great kitchen for cooking or chilling out. Lots of space to spread out and perfect for either a business trip or a personal trip and ideal for a combo trip.

Emey was very accommodating and nice to work with during a challenging time in our lives. She went above and beyond a good host. The Townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable in a great location. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Debbie and Mitch's spacious condo is a comfy and convenient place to stay when in Capitola. My family of 5 (three little kids) felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the hosts was equally easy. Our kids loved the assortment of board games, and the variety of sand toys for the beach. The hosts truly thought of everything a family might need for their stay, including a kitchen well-stocked with all the tools for cooking our own meals. But if we wanted to eat out, we could walk to many great restaurants and shops, or take a 3-5 minute drive to even more great locations. We'd definitely stay here again- thanks so much, Debbie and Mitch!

Sara’s townhome is a great place to stay. It was quiant and comfortable. We were within walking distance of Levi’s Stadium and very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. I hope to stay here again for another game at Levi’s Stadium! Thanks, Sara, for your hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness!

This is an awesome place to stay!! Literally less than 5 mins to walk to heart of Capitola wharf, surfing & restaurants, yet quietly tucked away on the river. They had a canoe and launch site right there at the house, plus we brought kayaks & surf boards. Beautiful, shady, quiet area to canoe/kayak that feels very private, as no public access on river. House fit the 6 of us well. All beds and furniture a bit worn, but super comfortable!! Kitchen has what you need to cook and eat with, but no supplies of spices, etc…You have to provide all, but if you forget, like us, Safeway, Nob Hill, even local liquor store had milk/creamer, condiments, etc…had it all & very close. Car port only fit a smaller car & rest of us used the local lot that was a 5 min walk away if you take the back streets, but you do have to pay daily for that lot. Overall, great trip and great house, the privacy feel yet literally just around the corner from the heart of town was such a blessing for our family get away!

Great spot to explore from. In the heart of Pacific Grove, so it is walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, a great bakery and a grocery store. Plus just blocks from the coast.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was so peaceful and we felt so at home. We're already planning a return trip!

I had such a wonderful stay at Carlos’ place! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Carlos was an amazing host — friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to respond if I had any questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his guests have the best experience possible. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his BnB to anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing stay at Parham’s! Really nice decor, super comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and the workout equipment was also super helpful. Highly recommend.

Henry's place was a wonderful discovery! This cozy apartment suite came equipped with all the essential amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious living areas and bedroom provided plenty of room to relax, and the accessible porch was a delightful bonus. It had everything one could expect from a short-stay accommodation. I’d absolutely love to return for my future trips to the area!

Great stay at Cooper & Shawna's town house. TH was spacious, quiet and well equipped with kitchen equipment. washer dryer, ample towels. Comfortable beds. Convenient location to downtown Los Gatos. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a nice weekend at Aman’s condo and look forward staying again. The place was clean, well stocked, and fit our families needs perfectly. The location was great! We rode our bikes down to Dennis the Menace park in the Monterey Bay Coastal Recreation Trail that runs right by the condo (it’s 18 miles round trip, for reference). Thank you Aman for sharing your home.

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Mony will provide nice local recommendations as well 👍

Super beautiful high tech apartment . Prestine !! The bathroom was luxurious, Japanese toilet and ok . The kitchen was amazing with everything you needed to cook , very welcoming , comfortable beds , we loved

Fantastic location in Palo Alto near lots of great restaurants and convenient to grocery stores, even without a car. Mike was so easy to work with and responsive whenever we had any questions or requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of Mike's properties!
