Holiday rentals with lake access in Santa Cruz County

As close to home as you can get - Thanks to Sylvia's meticulous attention to details and her beautifully renovated & well appointed home, our trip worked out better than we imagined. The location offered every possible amenity from malls to restaurants to services, and it was near the junction of 2 major freeways. The lake is very pleasant and the ducks would come visit the property.

Alexa's place is gorgeous! We had an incredible stay with our kids and grandbaby! The setting in unbelievable in the mountains right outside Los Gatos. It feels like a luxury resort with the infinity edge pool and lush grounds. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. Alexa even left us some fresh fruit and veggies right from her garden! We'll definitely be back!

What a perfect little hideaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space, the deck with the fire pit, and the sounds of the rushing water from the creek below. Jonathan and Leianne were very responsive. I would definitely visit again.

We wanted a place between Santa Cruz and Monterey for our vacation, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and seclusion of the property. Soojin was super responsive to any and all questions, and the place was perfectly clean- and had an amazing view. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful place on the beach and a great host!

Did not get a chance to interact a lot as it was a work visit. Great communication and response to requests.

A clean, well-lighted place for books, art and guests. Spare, complete and tasteful, a welcoming combination. On-site parking, Struve Slough right out the window. Quiet and peaceful is the norm here. Definitely would stay here again.

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in Santa Cruz. The house was perfect for 2 families with young kids. The 2nd living room really worked well for allowing the kids to have their own space whilst the adults relaxed. The house is a short walk from the beach and there are some nice food options close by. This house will definitely be an option for any future Santa Cruz trips.
