It is a perfect place for families, with a panoramic view of the entire bay of Santa Cruz de La Palma, surrounded by large green spaces and gardens.

Newly renovated traditional Canarian house. Located in the heart of the old town, a few meters from the main street of Santa Cruz de La Palma. The living room-kitchen along with the entire upper floor that has the double bedroom + private bathroom is rented at a reduced price (the advertised) for two guests. From a third guest, a second room opens with two twin beds and its own bathroom, up to a maximum of 4 people, with an additional charge for each of these two additional ones.

At 400 meters above sea level, this combination makes it extremely green with a mild and stable climate all year round, perfect for growing tropical plants.

The nearest, good restaurant is called ALMENDROS, and this is 1 km from the guesthouse. No AC is required here.
