Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Cruz

We enjoyed our stay at Avista in Mandeville. It is a great location within walking distance to many places in Mandeville, including grocery stores. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and there is 24 hour security. Our unit was very clean and the kitchen area contained everything we needed, including a blender. The design of the shower in the bathroom could use improvement. One end of the shower was open and there was no floor ledge on that section which allowed water to easily go unto the bathroom floor. In addition, there was no shelf in the shower to put soap/shampoo, etc.

This was a very last minute booking due to last minute changes in schedule. Valerie was amazing. She was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and professional. The though it was only a one night stay, I felt truly at home. The pictures do not do this location any justice! Will be returning for sure. Thank you again!

Rachael place was very beautiful. The space was absolutely gorgeous than the pictures. Rachaell was a very responsive host. She accommodated us last minute due to a double booking at another space. The complimentary snacks and drinks was just an added touch to this exceptional space. Thanks for hosting us we had a great time. I only wish the space was available for my entire trip. Would definitely book again.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed there for two weeks. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated with lots of space.The backyard is very spacious,The beds were very comfortable, all the appliances were working and there was hot water. The neighborhood was very quiet; it was safe and secure.The property is gated and has surroundings cameras for extra security. It has parking spaces and we had great service from the WiFi , which was a big plus. The location is perfect; it's about 5 minutes to Mandeville town, with nearby supermarkets and shopping areas. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. The host (Angella) called several times to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back and we will recommend this place to family and friends.

Mandeville is truly a gem. Starting my day with a cup of coffee on the balcony, surrounded by the lush greenery and the sweet melodies of the birds, was simply delightful. What truly enhanced my stay was Alethia's exceptional communication and ensuring that all our needs were met. Avista is the ultimate retreat for unwinding in a pristine, secluded, and safe environment, with everyone around being incredibly welcoming. I wholeheartedly give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and eagerly look forward to returning! Alethia is an outstanding host. Thank you!

The place was easy to find, very clean and tidy, host made me felt very at home and welcomed. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to visit. Will be going back there soon.

The house was more than I expected! Very big house and large spacious rooms. The shower in the master bedroom was my favorite. Overall the place is well kept and close to town. The street was a bit busier than I anticipated but nothing too crazy. The house is set up to ensure the guests are safe. Plenty of door locks, gate locks , grilled in windows and cameras around the outside of the property. I really appreciated how communicative Ms Charmaine was and she made sure I had everything I needed. If I had a request, she jumped on it right away. Definitely look forward to coming back soon!

I highly recommend this beach house for families or close friends. The host is amazing! she made sure everything was all set upon our arrival. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. This picturesque place has a small stream that leads into the sea, which is just breathtaking. The panoramic view of the crystal clear water was spectacular, I snorkelled and kayaked almost everyday. Be sure to apply your sunscreen. There was something for everyone to do from my 75 year old dad to my 3 year old kid. I will most definately be revisting this gem. Thanks! this made my vacation in Jamaica a memorable one, we felt so safe and had so much fun!

My family and I stayed here after the Christmas holiday and it was great. We did not spent much time on the property because we were visiting family, but when we were on the property it was nice. The host was very helpful with our needs.

This property was phenomenal. The space looked exactly like the photos and the host was very responsive and friendly. The property is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well organized. We felt very safe staying here for a few nights. I would highly recommend it.

Ally place was very nice. Ally was a very responsive host and she made sure to check in with us to see how we were doing. Very quiet neighborhood. Ally place was equipped with most things. I only wish they had a toaster and wine glasses other than that everything was nice.

Mrs Foster was very accommodating. I arrived late and she was very understanding. They were very friendly and nice. Place was nice and warm quiet. I loved the bathroom. I will be back
