Timeless custom hand built 1BR guest home

I built this 800 sq ft house 3 years ago as my dream home. I own Boyd & Allister, a custom furniture studio not far from the house. I built everything from the solid walnut doors and furniture to the oak herringbone floors. You can read an article about the home in Curbed. Perfect for couples, not children. You will find our casita down a peaceful, private lane next to the river. It is within walking distance to Canyon Road and the downtown plaza. This newly built casita is self contained with a full kitchen, one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer. Radiant heat keeps you toasty in the winter and ceiling fans provide cool air in the summer. There is a beautiful courtyard between the casita and main house with a rock fountain.
