Beach, supermarkets and bakeries can be reached within a 7-9 minute drive. From the side of a small mountain it provides an elevated view towards the ocean.

Wooden detached house with stunning

The house is entirely made of wood, isolated in the middle of the maquis. The original architecture (double-sloped ceilings, beams), the all-wood floor, give a character generally appreciated inside. However, I would like to point out that this is a relatively rustic product. There are all the comforts ( air conditioning, good bedding, utensils, equipment) but the atmosphere of the place is quite rural and can displease the followers of sanitized atmospheres or coquettish interiors.

This house, completely renovated in early 2022, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Less than 100 m from the beach, the 5 ha park of the luxury residence is secure and includes a large swimming pool ( from June 15 to September 15) 2 ping pong, pétanque, volleyball, terrace with bbq. The port, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The green couée adjacent to the residence makes it possible to get to Moriani beach by bike. 2-star accommodation gite de France.
