This place is a paradise overlooking Villa de Leyva and the hosts are lovely, kind people who attend to your needs. I loved the house, the art, the view, the peacefulness. I felt at home cooking, making art, and watching the view. The house was spotless, the kitchen well equipped, the beds comfortable and the shower hot! And it is nestled in a beautiful garden with bougainvillea spilling over the walls. Because of the location, which is above Villa de Leyva, it's ideal to have a car, or to be able to easily walk to town, which is about a 25-30 minute walk down a steep road. If you're looking for a great retreat, this is the place to be!

Mrs. María was very attentive and very friendly. The apartment is just like the photos, it feels very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and the patio space is great for chatting. We were very close to the square on foot. We were delighted, looking forward to returning soon.
