L’appartamento è molto spazioso, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto quello che potrebbe servire in una vacanza al mare. Non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare molto lo spazio esterno perché faceva molto caldo ed è effettivamente piuttosto piccolo, ma la posizione vicinissima al centro è stata comoda per raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e altre attrattive del paese.

Vacanze di coppia, ci siamo trovati veramente bene nell’alloggio. La casa è immersa nella natura e c’è una pace incredibile! dotata di tutto ciò che serve ed è tutto molto funzionale. Consiglio di rivedere un po’ lo scarico perché sia su lavandino che nella doccia e nel bidet l’acqua fa un po’ di fatica a scendere, ma con qualche accortezza si gestisce tutto bene lo stesso. Daniele e Valentina sono stati gentilissimi con noi e sempre molto disponibili a rispondere a chiamate e messaggi, anche flessibili nell’orario del check in. Posto auto riservato (non del tutto adatto a macchine sportive/basse, ma anche qui con un po’ di accortezza si fa tutto). Nota di merito per la pulizia della casa perché quando siamo arrivati era veramente pulita impeccabilmente. Piccolo kit di benvenuto con latte, acqua, marmellatine varie e un paio di merendine, molto apprezzato! In conclusione mi sento di consigliare assolutamente questa sistemazione che come qualità prezzo è davvero ottima!☺️ spiegge vicine!

Mein Mann und ich hatten wunderbare Tage in dieser wirklich sehr schönen und neuen Wohnung. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das wunderschöne, türkis geflieste Badezimmer mit der am besten funktionierenden Dusche, die wir bisher in Sardinien genießen konnten! Viel gäbe es noch zu sagen: der Blick aufs Meer, das gemütliche Bett… jederzeit wieder! Auch das Angelo sich so engagiert ist klasse, vielen Dank

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez daniele. Le logement est très grand, fonctionnel et qui plus est très propre. Quant à daniele il est très réactif et très amical. Nous recommandons vivement !

Beautiful location and lovely apartment!

Staying here was lovely and felt like home. The whole place makes you feel at peace and the decoration and details were so beautiful that we wanted to stay longer. The hosts were super attentive and explained everything in detail beforehand. We even had a stressful situation on the last day because we forgot our wallet and home keys in the apartment but Alessio took the time of recovering them and sent us everything directly to our address. This is very important to highlight as you don't usually find people so helpful so THANK YOU SO MUCH. We'll certainly come back :)

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Calasetta in pieno relax. La casa è di nuova costruzione e con tutti i confort necessari. Il silenzio della zona è incredibile. La possibilità di svegliarsi al mattino è fare colazione nella terrazza non ha prezzo. Consiglierei a tutti però di trascorrere almeno qualche giorno in più perché quando si sta bene il tempo vola! Super séjour chez Donatella qui a été très agréable. Logement correspondant à nos besoins, idéalement placé pour voir la côte magnifique et les petites criques et plages paradisiaques. Village très calme à quelques minutes de la mer, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Très bonne boulangerie et pizzeria artisanale à 50 mètres...

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati bene. La posizione è davvero comoda: perfetta per muoversi anche a piedi, con tutto il necessario a portata di mano. L’appartamento è accogliente e curato nei dettagli. L’host è stato sempre disponibile, gentile e attento, pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità.

Appartement très confortable, équipé à neuf, joliment décoré, conforme à la description, accès direct à pied au chemin de ballade avec point de vue. hôte très sympathique, code de boîte à clef par whatshap. Parking voiture devant appartement pratique. juste dommage que dans toute la ville il y a de nombreuses maisons avec chenils, avec des chiens parfois qui aboient la nuit. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella casa di Raffaela ,ci siamo trovati molto bene ,ottima posizione tranquilla ma vicino al centro , l appartamento era pulito e fornito di tutto . Non abbiamo conosciuto Raffaela ma per qualsiasi cosa ci siamo sempre sentiti telefonicamente .consigliatissimo

Ottimo soggiorno di 2 notti. Alloggio piccolino ma funzionale situato in un punto strategico ottimale. Completa la disponibilità di un servizio cucina soddisfacente.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top. Erste Lage mit Blick auf das Meer inklusive Meeresrauschen im Schlafzimmer. Der kleine und tolle Sandstrand ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar und familienfreundlich. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da es in der Anlage direkt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt. In der näheren Umgebung sind diese per Auto gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Francesca hat sogar für alle Personen Strandhandtücher bereit gelegt und es waren erste Lebensmittel vorhanden. Dafür waren wir besonders dankbar auf Grund unser späten Anreise. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca war sehr angenehm - vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt. Sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sich Gedanken macht, damit sich ihre Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Alloggio gradevole, spazi eccellenti e confortevoli: bagni funzionali alle necessità (ottima la presenza della lavatrice), camere da letto dotate di letti comodi che ci hanno garantito una ottima qualità del sonno, nonostante qualche acciacco fisico. La cucina perfetta, dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari alla tipologia di vacanza avevamo programmato. Posizione ottimale, comodo raggiungere le spiagge dell’isola, la zona dei locali e il porto. Poche difficoltà nei parcheggi. Valentina disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito indicazioni precise per raggiungere l’appartamento e sui posti da vedere/dove mangiare. Comoda anche la possibilità di effettuare il self check-in. Se dovessimo tornare a Carloforte sarebbe sicuramente perfetto poter rialloggiare qui!

We had a fantastic stay at Laura's apartment in the heart of old town! The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants (Zenith) and charming streets. Laura's hospitality, communication and generosity were exceptional; she helped us to get deeper into Sardinian culture and traditions. Laura presented us delicious Easter desserts and organized to see a unique Easter procession on Good Friday. The apartment itself is comfortable and uniquely designed, making it a lovely retreat after exploring the area. I highly recommend Laura as a host—her attention to detail and kindness made my stay truly memorable. I can’t wait to return in 2 weeks! Thank you, Laura!

Amazing place to stay. Brilliant location, stunning views all around and really interesting historical village. The place itself was so interesting and had everything you could need. We loved having somewhere to stay that was so quirky. Loads of helpful information at check in as well helped us to know the area, wish we could have stayed longer as we definitely didn't have enough time to see everything we wanted to.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Die Unterkunft ist für ein Pärchen absolut ausreichend und fein. Das Badezimmer wurde renoviert (die Fotos sind noch nicht erneuert worden). Kleine Mankos waren: sehr feucht (Klimaanlage konnte da aber gut helfen), nicht so privat wie auf den Fotos, wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten (vielleicht noch 2 Kommoden dazustellen). Küchenausstattung war alles da. Host war proaktiv und sehr nett. Zufahrt ist sehr fragwürdig, die öffentliche Straße besteht nur aus Schlaglöchern (kann der Host nichts für) und geht relativ steil hoch. Etwas schwer zu finden, aber Host hat uns einfach von der Straße abgeholt :). Appartment liegt in Appartmentkomplex und ist nach Nord-Westen gerichtet.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht. Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber, extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sowohl Check-in wie auch Check-out waren unglaublich flexibel und reibungslos. Kann es jedem empfehlen!

Wir hatten 7 wunderschöne Tage in Patrizia’s Apartment. Unsere Ankunft war am Abend, weshalb wir erstmal von dem vermeintlich verlassenen Hotelkomplex mitten in der Natur überrascht waren. Doch das Apartment von Patrizia ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gar nicht mehr weg wollten. Die Umgebung ist ein absoluter Traum für Strandliebhaber und Freunde der Natur. Mit dem Auto ist die Umgebung sehr gut zu erkunden und man erreicht viele sehr schöne und ruhige Strände. Da wir nach der Hauptsaison dort waren, war der Hotelkomplex wenig besucht. Wir hatten den Pool fast für uns alleine und es war sehr ruhig und entspannend. Jeden Abend konnten wir den atemberaubenden Ausblick direkt aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ein absolutes Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist für jeden zu empfehlen, der ruhige Tage in der Natur und am Meer genießen und dabei gleichzeitig in einem schönen gemütlichen Zuhause wohnen möchte. Empfehlung!!!

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni fantastici, tra relax, mare e trekking nella natura circostante. Mauro e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per aiutarci nel soggiorno. Casa meravigliosa, una vista impagabile! Grazie

Logement super, lieu top, hôtes très accueillants ! Audrey propose un appartement très très mignon, propre, dans un endroit calme. Il y’a également à disposition un parasol, des chaises pour la plage et même des jeux pour enfants! Un petit cadeau de bienvenu nous attendait à notre arrivée ! Audrey et son mari sont d’une très grande gentillesse, nous avons eu un petit problème de fourmis (problème connu sur l’île, ce n’est en aucun cas la faute des hôtes!!!) , mais Audrey et son mari ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien ! Ils se sont même déplacés dans l’appartement pour tenter de trouver une solution pour se débarrasser de ses fourmis…. Nous recommandons ce logement (aussi pour une petite famille c’est vraiment vraiment super)!

Logement conforme à la description et hôte très réactif. c'est un peu loin de la mer, mais un peu de marche pour profiter des jolies plages, ne fait pas de mal. Et les très bon restaurants du coin, qu'il faut réserver assez tôt (!) vous permettront de récupérer les calories dépensées. Un bon plan!
