A stone's throw from the historic heart of Monsampietro Morico, the furnished apartment "MY HOUSE" welcomes all visitors with a modern, cozy haven. This wooden retreat, spanning 65 square meters, holds two bedrooms with double beds, offering a restful stay for four. It features a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. Nestled within grounds adjoining a vast, lush garden and olive grove, it invites you to unwind.

Apartment Casa Cerqua of 100 square meters finely furnished, we have recovered all the old materials of the house in the recent renovation by adapting the old farmhouse to the latest anti-seismic regulations. The decor is a right mix of modern and ancient, elegant but functional. Outside there is a large private area available for guests, with shaded dining area and private barbecue.
