Great location, very good for leaving the car in the garage and walking to the beach of Enseada. The apartment exactly matches the photos, looks freshly renovated! Very quiet and functioning air conditioners. I just missed a bottle of coffee and a little more water coming out in the showers, other than that all very good!

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

This was one of the best homes we've ever rented on AirBNB. The house is excellent, well located and as advertised. Cleanliness and details go a long way! The house is complete, has a wonderful spacious area, not to mention the benefits of staying in a safe condominium. From the reception we already felt welcomed. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

samir's house is perfect, impeccable, and more beautiful in person, cleaning of the outdoor areas daily, the suites are well distributed, have many beds and all bathrooms are spacious, 2 living rooms with 2 TVs with various channels, extremely comfortable sofas, immense kitchen, all fully integrated with the pool that ends up being a differential.

I loved the stay at Dany's place, always kind and quickly answer my questions! The super clean site well located, close to the beach and markets!. The apartment is excellent, we didn't have any problems! The condominium has a Great structure with swimming pools and toy library besides being next to the beach , and having beach service, which for me was very important to have ! Our experience at Lorenzo's apartment was excellent! The property is super cozy, well equipped and very clean — exactly as in the pictures. The location is one of the great highlights: the condominium is literally in front of the beach, which made our days even more enjoyable. Also, the environment is safe, quiet and ideal for resting. Lorenzo was a caring and helpful host from the first contact, always ready to help. We would definitely go back and highly recommend the stay!

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
