Holiday rentals with a sauna in Santos Metropolitan Area

all the same as the photos, excellent space, a personal opinion: there was only one coffee maker missing, a lot of coffee in the course of the day...but this does not neglect the space is just an observation ...in everything.

Amanda was super cordial, proactive and helpful in the contacts we need to make with her. In the apartment, we feel very comfortable - like at home. We didn't lack anything. The building structure is also great! As we were with 2 small children (2 and 4 years old), the wives felt that the apartment was a bit far from the beach, due to the amount of things we had to take, but every day we went and went back on foot (after all, it gives practically 3 blocks at the most, nothing that justifies taking the car. The location of module 6 is great, as it is close to the Mall and the main avenue.

Great place to stay in four people. Comfortable rooms, well equipped apartment. Building also well equiped. Great location with restaurants, market and mall nearby. The only thing that bothers a little is the proximity to the airport. A lot of airplanes pass through the day and it's a little noisy. The building doesn't have double glazing so it bothers a little if you're going to spend the day in the apartment, for example.

One of my favorite AirBnbs! Such a fantastic spot and it completely felt like home. It’s in an absolutely awesome location and near one of my favorite restaurants. What a great decision to stay here.

Me and my family loved the apartment. Extremely organized, clean, with exceptional bed-table-bath material. The property's location is excellent, mainly because it gives direct access to the beach. Finally, the host is very helpful and always available to answer any questions. I also want to put on record the immense pleasure of having met the owner Dalva, the apartment's caretaker, because she is a very polite person and an excellent professional.

The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor pool and heated pool, spa, sauna, courts, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet point of the Riviera. It's very nice to have all the amenities with bed and bath linens, we only took the beach towels. Full kitchen, everything clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Our stay was excellent. Apartment with a great location, practically 3 blocks of the beach, very clean and organized, enough kitchen utensils for a stay with convenience, we had all the necessary information and we still got bonbons. We will definitely return!

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

The house corresponds exactly like the photos, the condominium is wonderful, the beach in Riviera São Lourenço is lukewarm, calm, family environment. The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Very beautiful and cozy place, house in the midst of the trees, as beautiful or more beautiful than in the pictures. All our questions were clarified quickly, and in a thoughtful way. I also appreciate the understanding at check-in, as we had a delay, and we ended up arriving a little after the established cut-off time (9:00pm), and I was able to count on the support to adjust. My only observation is in relation to the heating of the Pool, which from what was reported worked only by solar heating, and unfortunately the pool did not warm enough, and the temperature reached a maximum of 23 degrees, and with a child it is still cold. Either way, the house offers other attractions and did not take away the brightness of the stay.

I stayed with my family at Amanda's house, which exceeded our expectations in every way..The house is exactly as in the photos, super complete and equipped, there was nothing missing, Amanda always very attentive and quick to respond, a wonderful weekend, was worth a lot and I will come back as soon as possible.
