Apartamento clean, very quiet place to find... complete with all the utensils... and also with a pleasant outdoor space.. Everything was great!!

The apartment is a cute, cozy and made us feel right at home. Marta and Paula Tbm were requested and received us with affection and attention.

The place is beautiful, well equipped, comfortable and very well decorated.

Bottom Apartment. Location is good, two blocks from the São Carlos bus station, and can go on foot. Less than 2 km from the IAU-USP ordinance. There are supermarket, car rental company and nearby McDonalds as well. Clean environment, including availability of a few simple hygiene and cleaning materials. Renata always available to clarify any questions. Points to improve: TV does not have good tune; there is no washing machine or iron; kitchen and bedroom do not have curtains; as there is a window facing the other, from another apartment, a little privacy is lost. It has no air-conditioning, only two fans, which well supply the air-conditioning of the environments. Shower is electric and a bathroom has a box. The sofa can be used as a bed and also offers a single mattress, as well as a double bed. The kitchen faucet has a filter option for drinking water. Garage space is discovered. I highly recommend the place. Hope to be back soon!

Laisa is a cute one! They can close with her eyes closed. Quickness in response and very present, for the eventuality. All of the photos correspond to the apartment. Congratulations!

Júnio and Ingriddy are very attentive and quiet. They welcomed us very warmly and were extremely patient.

The property of Andréia is exactly like in the photos, an extremely cozy place, with everything I needed for stay. Andréia was an excellent hostess, always responded quickly and was extremely polite, attentive and affectionate. The condominium is very safe and organized, a little away from the center, but I never had difficulty with Uber. Check-in and checkout are very easy, Andreia is very flexible which makes it very easy. Only compliments and thanks for the impeccable stay.

Quiet stay, very clean environment, exactly as shown in the photos. It comfortably accommodates two people. It has plenty of bed and bath linens, which makes the stay much easier. Paulo communicated with us very efficiently and quickly, in addition to being flexible with schedules. Great value for money! I recommend the stay!!

The property met my expectations for the stay.

The apartment is very nice. Spacious, organized, clean and well maintained. The location is great though it has a bit of noise from the bikes at night. Comfortable beds, great showers, fresh bedding and fresh towels, the doors open and close without noise, quiet neighbors. The hosts are polite, caring and friendly. We are very pleased and hope to be back.

I like the apartment, it's just like the pictures. I just didn't know it was so close to the train line, that it makes a very loud noise day and night. But I believe that those who know São Carlos are already used to this, as it is difficult to escape the noise of the train in the city. But it was worth the stay, a clean and organized apartment, the way I needed it.

Easy communication, location and excellent infrastructures!

My experience in this stay was excellent! The host was very attentive and responded quickly whenever I needed something. The site was exactly the same as in the pictures, I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to everyone looking for a warm, well-kept place.
