Cozy apartment with air-conditioning in all bedrooms and for those who do not like air-conditioning, there is also a fan. A well-ventilated and well-lit apartment. It has all the kitchen utensils, TV, large balcony and a barbecue area enclosed with glass, which can be used as a living area. In each room, a double bed with a sheet, pillows with covers and thin blankets, plus four single mattresses, all well sanitized.

There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a walk-in closet and queen-size bed, one double bedroom, and another with a bunk bed, sharing a separate bathroom. There is one covered parking space and a swimming pool.

Boho style apartment, intimate and cozy. Perfect for couples and family. The half block of one of the most sought-after beaches in SFSUL, Prainha. 10 min from cove, big beach and jetty beach. Everything without needing a car that can be parked at the front of the building on a calm and quiet street (we do not have a garage). Great to enjoy and rest! Newly renovated apartment, complete. Bed linen and towels are provided during the hotel standard stay. Pet friendly!

Aproveite o verão com toda a família neste lugar cheio de estilo, próximo as 03 praias da região: 80m da Prainha, 450m da Enseada e 750m da Praia Grande. Próximo a panificadora, mercado, restaurantes e comércio em geral. Também há lavanderia expressa apenas 100m de distancia. Amplo, possui 03 dormitórios com ar condicionado, e sala/cozinha climatizada acomodando confortavelmente até 07 pessoas. Não falta água na alta temporada. Aceitamos Pets, Wi-Fi ultra rápido.
