The mountain House experience, Gerês

We have had an excellent time. The town of Gerês and São Bento da Porta Aberta provided a quiet visit to Gerês and São Bento da Porta Aberta. Great location with restaurants and mini-markets nearby so we can make/have lunch. The house allows us to go hiking or long runs in the middle of nature observing small streams and beautiful landscapes. It was a very good experience. The house was in great condition and has all the conditions to receive families. Thanks to Sara who guided us in our stay and who didn't let us miss anything.

This is a one of a kind place that will make you remember Portugal forever. Hélder and his mother and Sebastian and his amazing cook of a wife Manuela are so great!!! Make sure to try the local bakery for their AMAZING bread!!!!

The photos are compliant and our host is very nice. Instructions are top notch. The sea view is a big plus and it's very nice to walk around. We were quiet and the house is very nice. We had a lovely stay despite the heavy rains at times. The house is very well located in relation to shops. We are close to the center of Porto and the historic center of Vila Nova de Gaia. Beautiful places to discover.

beautiful apartment , spacious, bright, very nice decoration, 2 bedrooms each with an ideal room since we were 2 couples, the terrace is a real plus, I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Our stay in this house was simply unforgettable, an experience that exceeded all of our expectations. The home is an authentic jewel of the traditional Galician style, restored with impeccable taste and attention to detail that is perceived at every turn. The house is cozy, elegant and perfectly equipped to ensure a comfortable and special stay. The environment is truly magical: the plot is wide, green and carefully cared for, offering an open space of great natural beauty. The pool and barbecue area seamlessly integrate into the landscape, creating a relaxed and authentic atmosphere to make the most of the outside. We want to sincerely thank David, a wonderful host, always attentive and available for any need. You can see the affection and care placed not only in the house, but in all the surrounding surroundings. It was one of the best experiences we've ever had and we definitely hope to come back very soon

A great house to be very quiet 8 people. It is very equipped and has no lack of a detail to be quiet. Quiet area 5m from freeway. We have been in winter but this house in summer will be worthy to enjoy it to the fullest. Communication with Sonia has always been very quick and attentive to everything we needed.

This Airbnb is a Jewel close to Porto. It’s a huge, modern Quinta with everything you desire (well equipped kitchen, modern rooms, each with an own bathroom), pool, footbal field, basketball, etc. But what really made the difference to us were the hosts. They are super friendly, very flexible in terms of checkin and checkout, super responsive and helped us incredibly fast whenever we had a question. 10/10, would book again immediately!

Big house for 6/9pax in Vila Real

Excellent stay for several in family with children. The area is beautiful and well maintained, the swimming pools are pleasant to cool down during heat waves. The hospitality is perfect; the price in season can be scary initially but the house, the estate and the kindness of the employees justify it. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you Ines (and Angela)

David is arguably the best host we've ever had. The house is beautiful and functional and the estate is a dream. It's an oasis in the middle of Ourense with perfectly thought out and organized natural shade and sun spaces. The little animals there give it a special charm, both ducks and kittens. Happy, the puppy who welcomed us and laid off very polite and playful. David has helped us with everything, he is very nice and generous. On the day of check-out he had no people and let us run out of restrictions. He brought us fresh homemade products for lunch and with it we ate delicious and very healthy. We come to celebrate 2 birthdays and the house has nothing around. You can celebrate and enjoy without any problems. David, thank you! We will surely see you again in October!

Our stay at the house was fantastic. Loli was on the lookout for anything we need. Ideal place to disconnect and be close to nature. Also, being able to enjoy the night on the plot while blowing the fresh air in the middle of August was a wonder! Definitely a place we'd like to return to in the future.
