Holiday rentals with a fireplace in São Luiz do Paraitinga

Our stay was great... muito gustosa... we always count on the important help of Celin who solved all our requirements and inquiries... the place is idyllic... we value it and enjoy it a lot... we are lovers of the natural and the place is located in an idyllic landscape... with facilities of very good level. Thank you very much Kelly and of course thank you very much Celin.

Large house that held 11 people. Large and functional spaces. Leisure area with heated pool, barbecue area also with wood oven. Overall, we were glad we found this property on Airbnb. Special thanks to Cassiano (administrator), who gave us all the support we need.

The stay at Elsa's place was excellent. The photos correspond to reality. All environments are large, very clean and nice . The furniture and utensils are in great condition, and the decoration is very tasteful. The condominium is very safe, and close to it has supermarkets, pharmacies and commerce in general. I, and my family are passionate about Lazaro beach, and the stay at Elsa's place helped us have a great experience.

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

Amazing House! The tranquility of the place delighted us! We took advantage of each space and it was very worth it!!! I recommended it to all family and friends and we will definitely return more often!

We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

What else to say? Lucas as always is a great host, always of the attention due, the house is a peace, which is why we always return. More than recommended.

We spent wonderful family days, the apartment is great, well equipped and very well located, and it is possible to walk to Praia Grande, which was very good, as we do not need to worry about parking, costs and security. The property has mattresses and pillows with covers, fans and air-conditioning that were very useful, as the days were quite hot. On the highest floor it has, living room, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, table with 8 seats and panoramic view. The condominium has a caretaker, covered spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and elevator. The contact with Lara was great, always responding quickly and seeking to answer our questions. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

The house is beautifully located and access is easy, unlike some reviews we've seen here. It is a few yards from Vermelha beach which is beautiful and very quiet. You can access the Lazaro beach also on foot. We have no complaints, on the contrary.

Excellent convenience, optimal cost-benefit, especially for which you will visit neighboring cities such as Campos do Jordão, Aparecida do Norte, etc. Great location close to everything, well-equipped apartment with tv, projector, etc. Host a lot of good people, helpful, gave lots of tips and always ready to help. The best place I've ever stayed on my trips! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I had a very good experience on the site, it is well located, close to the beach of Perequê. The apartment is comfortable, it had everything I needed. Juliana is a very kind person, she always answered me quickly and helped me a lot. I'll definitely be back again!

The place is more beautiful than in the pictures. Since I was going to be late, I was afraid not to find it before dark but it was very easy. The place is great for those who want to take tours in the Cunha and Paraty region. Easy to go to Laundry, Serra do Mar State Park and others. They were attentive and we had a great stay.

Osvaldo showed an unparalleled concern with our arrival and well-being during the stay. The house is beautiful, with spacious spaces to accommodate a large group and in the middle of nature. Super helpful and educated caseiros led us on horseback riding and hiking on the property. Super indicative for those who want to enjoy nature without giving up on comfort and facilities.

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

wonderful week immersed in the lush forest, with the comfort of a very pleasant home and a heated pool. change of scenery and letting go guaranteed. ( beware of certain amenities such as outdoor locks that do not close, the sink in the downstairs bathroom that is not waterproof, the fire pit that is no longer relevant, or the cleaning of seaweed in the pool. ). We will come back because this spot is not far from unique!

The stay was spotless. The place is gorgeous, the support 100% of the time available. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, all very neat, of high quality. Quiet place, private, with a wonderful view. It is approximately 25 minutes from the historic center of paraty, I was able to safely go there every day, without any difficulties. The kitchen is equipped with everything (and a little more) than necessary. Breakfast morning on the balcony table, a delight. On the terrain still, there are trails and waterfalls, a delight! It is well worth it. I wanted to stay there forever! Indescribable experience.

the very top and spacious house...we like it very much and the team that worked there at the house are super polite and helpful! We like it very much and we will come back more often when we return to Ubatuba.

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

We spent the New Year's Eve in this space and the photos that already show how beautiful the place is, have not yet fully represented the beauty.
