Neighborhood with its own infrastructure, restaurants, 50 meters from the lagoon kiosks, supermarket, bakery, pharmacies and 500 meters from the largest shopping mall in the Lake District.

Casa Lagoa VIEW AND PRIVATE BARBECUE

We installed air conditioners in both bedrooms in August 2025 :) We had a problem with humidity in the bathroom, already solved! In front of Lagoa das Palmeiras. Yard with barbecue facing the lagoon, 500 meters from Shopping Park Lagos, fiber optic Wi-Fi and independent entrance. In the morning, imagine waking up facing this beautiful landscape and sleeping while being enveloped by the breeze looking at the moon. The front bedroom balcony provides this experience from the bed or hammock, your choice :)
