Holiday rentals with a patio in São Romão

Guilherme’s place is located perfectly to visit some of Viseu’s ex-libris: 2 minute walk to Sé de Viseu, Igreja da Misericórdia and Grão Vasco Museum. The place is clean and well equiped. Guilherme is a responsive host and left us a thoughtful bottle of wine. Totally recommend!

We adored the villa, very well decorated, clean and the jacuzzi is spectacular (at night and with rain, even better)! I recommend ;)

Well, what a nice surprise! A closely guarded secret! We chose to stay in Côja and at Francisco's house by sheer chance, we wanted a quiet place, away from the confusion and allow us to spend a relaxed weekend. Francisco's apartment is not only very well decorated, organized and equipped, but it also provided us with everything we were looking for. Beds are spacious and very comfortable! The pool is especially pleasant! We will certainly return and I am sure we will be well received. I recommend it!

Luis was very helpful. directions for self check-in were extensive but clear and Luis called to ensure we understood. location is across the river from main area but that worked for us as a bit quieter and still an easy walk or Uber. parking on site a great advantage. apartment is as expected. fresh apples a nice touch as well as some coffee pods. would not hesitate to recommend.

Recommended! All as described. Amenities clean and useful. Communication with Manuela is easy and efficient. Location: In about 10 minutes to the historic old town. We were in Guarda for 9 days at the end of March and felt comfortable with Manuela.

The place is charming, beautifully designed, and enjoys wonderful outdoor spaces that provide great activities for children. We had a wonderful time!

Liliana is attentive and answered all my questions, left us lots of fruit and also cleaning products. The house is large and very well equipped, it had everything for cooking, and to spend 5 quiet days. There is heating in the bedrooms and a fireplace in the kitchen and also in the basement. The house is equipped with games, dishes, machines, utensils, absolutely everything. The surroundings are very calm, the view is beautiful. But there is nothing to do in Pera, in Castanheira de Pera there are already some shops. It is really a house to rest, hike and isolate yourself.

The house is quite comfortable and very quiet. Ideal for which you are looking for days of peace and wants to escape the rush of the big cities. The pool area is spectacular, with very careful equipment and a genius hot tub! Jennifer and Sebastian are perfect hosts. Very friendly and polite, they were always very attentive and immediately responded to all the messages we sent. We love our stay. We will certainly repeat the experience.

O Nuno through the Place of Borralheira transformed the Passover of the Rocha family. Everything impeccable from house instructions to places of interest. It was all done in a super easy and affordable way. At home everything went beyond the spetatives, because when you get there you know that you are at ease and that on the other side is Nuno always ready to help. Nuno has always made himself available at all times to make them easier since instructions to the house, or to serve as a guide in various points of interest. I safely recommend this stay. Our stay in one word: paradise. The secluded place in the mountains, the house furnished and equipped with everything you need and refined, the pool, the views… we were lucky to be alone on the property and it was wonderful. Few contacts with the owners but effective and availability of Mrs. Concepçao who takes care of the reception and cleaning very well. A note for those from the city ;-) At first, it's a bit surprising to be so secluded, but it's a delight.

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

We stayed here for a month because my son went to school nearby. The place is nice, especially the view from the balcony! It's so lovely. The place is small but it has everything necessary. There is a washing machine in the garden. Rui was friending and helpful and responsive.

As feedback to new guests, in summary, we can say that it is an excellent option, in the “cost x benefits” ratio! The room is in accordance with the announced photos and amenities. The site is very nice and is located a few meters from Rua Ferreira Borges, that is, new guests should consider the fact that they will be in the heart of the Historic Centre of Coimbra. The set of opportunities to live together and get to know, will make us return to Coimbra and, of course, again we will be staying with our dear Host Elsa. We present our thanks to the Host! We enjoyed our stay at Marcio's in Coimbra. Very comfortable with great view over Coimbra. Would definitely stay there again.

Very kind and helpful, understanding to our specific check-in needs since we needed to arrive a little later and he even started the fireplace ahead of time. He went above and beyond, getting us a tart pan so we could make a dessert after we just had the silly will to do so

I was for the second time and I can say that it was perfect as well as the first time , everything clean and smelling for those who come to work just like I loved the bathroom because the super relaxing shower! Super indico ! There was nothing left to be desired!
