Casa D Alcafaz is located on a slope of Serra do Caramulo, 15 minutes from the city of Águeda and 45 minutes from Aveiro. Águeda is known for its “umbrella sky project” program that takes place during Agitágueda, July and other activities throughout the year. There are river beaches, Alfusqueiro, Redonda and Bolfiar 8 km away. In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

House with open-plan lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed on the ground floor, the other with 2 single beds on the upper floor, and 1 bathroom. It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Among the services we offer is breakfast, which is optional (8€ a day, per person).

The house is on the edge of the village without any opposite. The house is close to activities suitable for families with a multi-activity center (tree climbing, mini golf, zip line, etc.). It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

Serra da Estrela, Sabugueiro (300 m beach)

It is located in a mountain village, in the middle of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, at an altitude of 1200 meters - the highest village in Portugal. It has a strategic location for those who want to access the Tower (15/20 min) and the main tourist attractions, such as Vale do Rossim, Penhas Douradas, Lagoa Comprida, among others.

Fountain House

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
