The place is very cozy. Vanessa responded quickly and was always at orders, even worried about our comfort regarding the time it cooled on the night we stayed. The studio sleeps 3 well. Clean linen and bath. Central region in the city of Sao Paulo with easy avert to the subway.

The space is as described in the photos, great location in the heart of Itaim, super spacious ap. Andréia always kind and agile to meet us.. A great recommendation for those who want to stay in SP.

Glaucia was always concerned with the well-being of the guests, the apartment is very welcoming and tidy, close to everything and can go until March 25, markets I lost and many restaurants next door, close to the tea viaduct and the side of squares with nearby metro station

We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

My family and I love spending the weekend at Renata and Marcelo's house. Place with a beautiful view, cozy atmosphere, clean and equipped for a great stay. Receptive hosts and ready to respond to us. I loved the days I spent here! Eloisa is a very nice and accommodating host who takes care of every detail perfectly, gives restaurant tips and offers everything you need for a nice stay. The place was very clean when I arrived. The house is the same as in the display and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking! I will definitely return!

Our stay was extremely pleasant. António and Duda always very helpful, the location is excellent and the house can be used both for fun activities and for a more relaxed program. No doubt a place to repeat.

Maria is a great host, she always responded quickly, the tbm space was very organized and clean, the only point to complain is from the condominium gatehouse!!

I did not go to tourism, I chose the place for the easy access to Santos. Locomoção facilitated by the proximity of buses and VLT, amenities such as banks, pharmacies, markets and medical care nearby. I highly recommend the place for practicality. Great cost benefit.

Sandra's apartment is amazing and would recommend with her eyes closed. It is complete and close to everything we lack nothing, extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often, the view from the balcony is beautiful. All electros and utensils work perfectly. The check in and the super easy check out we did not have any problems to access the condominium. Sandra is very kind and helped us with all the doubts, in the feelings at home. Thank you.

Not my first time, always a great place to stay. Spectacular view of the centre of São Paulo. Really good food walking distance, a real bohemian and eclectic area.
