This was the second time we've been to the house. The house was very clean and organized, it has all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. The location is wonderful, a very well-kept garden and a breathtaking view. The space is spacious, very cozy and comfortable. Fernando responds quickly to all requests. The house has only one problem, after we arrived, we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend this experience.

They were wonderful days! The place is more beautiful than the photos, everything very organized, clean and cozy. All the rooms, perfect and the only bad thing, is that it went very fast and we felt like I want more. The housekeeper, Mr. Jair, was very helpful, not to mention Serena, the most beautiful and affectionate dogue in the piece. All veryoooo good, Mr. João, congratulations on the ready answers every time I needed it, being very polite and helpful, a 100000 as a host. We stayed in the family and loved the experience! The hosts were very proactive and attentive. The location of the apartment is excellent, in a quiet and easy to access area. The apartment is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we need, with new utensils and in great condition. The Laundry is also very functional. Bed linen is good and there are blankets available on site, which was great because of the cold. The heater helps to keep the environment comfortable, but for those who feel colder, we recommend taking an extra. The two-bedroom beds are a bit harsh, which can be a nuisance for those who prefer softer mattresses, but this hasn't made our stay so hindered. Everything was clean, organized, and well-maintained. We recommend for sure!

The place is exactly as described. All done with great affection and care, we felt at home and in a peace and tranquility that made us not want to leave. We spent New Year's Eve there, which, to make it even better, unlike the crowd at the beach, you find peace, tranquility and an open sky full of stars.

We spent the Carnival at the site of Álvaro and the experience was excellent. He responds quickly, is very helpful and the housekeeper Thiago is also a sympathy and very helpful. The place is sensational, with trails, lake, three orchards, some animals and lots of peace. The location is excellent: very close to the city, but at the same time far enough to have peace of mind. Access is great, with asphalt to the door. The house is well equipped, the sheets and towels were superfluous and we felt at home. We had very pleasant days, resting on the hammock, hiking, eating fruits from the foot, enjoying nature and, in 15 minutes, we were enjoying the city of Poços de Caldas. We'll be back soon for sure!

The Carina space is excellent, all very clean and very organized. The house has everything we need. A wonderful view, we will return again and again for sure. Carina very attentive, responds quickly. Super recommend him.
