Located at the top of Porchat Island, the building is minutes from the beaches and the streets are great for walking and enjoying nature. It is very close to the Terraço Restaurant, the Mirante designed by the architect Oscar Niemeyer and the Isla Bonita Dance Club. Guests can use the ping-pong and foosball tables.
