Charming house, located in Nantoux, a small village on the back coast of the Beaune region. 10 minutes from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, this little nest will welcome you to its green setting. Its orchard and small river will bring you all the calm and rest you desire. Warmly decorated, you can also enjoy the warmth of its fireplace. Ideal for a romantic stay, it can also be the starting point for sports holidays (hiking, mountain biking).

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.

The bakery is 20 m away, the greenway is 50 m away and the Loire is 200 m away. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
