Monthly Rentals in Sapodilla Bay

Beautiful place over by Chalk Sound with easy access to Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. These beaches are off the beaten path compared to Grace Bay, but they are spectacular and uncrowded. The villa is on the sound side with a nice little pool to relax by at the end of the day. The place was spotless with awesome AC that cooled things off quickly. The shower is nice and hot. Counter space is a bit limited. The place was missing soap and shampoo but I am certain this was a simple oversight - everything else was provided, including a nicely stocked kitchen which we used every morning. Neko the host was very responsive, and proactively reached out with check in and check out instructions. Las Brisas is a nice restaurant close by. This is now our favorite side of Providenciales and we'll be staying here again.

I needed a place for one night by the airport as I came in a day before my resort stay. Rosie’s was perfect for me! It was small, cute, clean and cozy. Twin bed and large tv, excellent a/c. Rosie was extremely pleasant and kind. Take her up on her offer of picking you up at the airport for a small charge. The airport taxi monitor didn’t really want to put me in a regular airport taxi, and ended up calling her to come and get me anyway!! :)

Ashleigh’s home was perfect for our two families as a home base for Turks exploration! The pool was perfect for the kids and Chalk Sound was a great place for them to explore and kayak. Swimming in the sound around the house was not wonderful (shallow and squishy/sinking sand), but two gorgeous beaches are within walking distance. Ashleigh was extremely responsive and facilitating. Thank you for hosting us! Pro Tip: you MUST make a trek to Hidden Beach!

We had a fantastic stay! Beautiful private pool and beach. Clean and comfortable. It was hard to justify leaving it to check out other areas of the island. We walked to Taylor Bay or Sapodilla Bay beach every evening for sunset, which we highly recommend doing. If you want a drink/cocktail while watching sunset, then recommend Conchy Conch on Sapodilla Bay (cash only bar). Chalkie’s Sports Bar & Grill delivers and has delicious food, especially their pizza. Will was super responsive and a very accommodating host! He helped make our vacation with our 6-month old twins memorable (and “easier”), which was much appreciated. We hope to come back someday!
