100 meters from the beach, in the splendid Sapri's bay, a studio at the ground floor of a beautiful Villa of the early 900. The studio is at the ground floor, leading to the Villa's private garden, with citrus and orange trees and an old well.
“We stayed in Sapri for one night after touring southern Italy. The house is a lovely early 20th century building, beautifully restored, with a nice yard and a small orange grove in the back yard, in an urban neighborhood that has a mix of nice old buildings and not so nice modern buildings. Lots of stores, coffee bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment where we stayed is on the ground floor, slightly below ground level (you step down two steps to the door). There is no view but the seafront is 5 minutes away on foot. Cinzia was ultra friendly and provided fresh milk and yogurt as well as fruit and coffee for breakfast. The bed was fairly comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets. It was quiet and we slept well. The windowless bathroom was fine with plenty of hot water in the shower. The internet connection was spotty.”
Casa in appartamento, molto luminoso e a due passi dal mare. Molto confortevole e completa di tutte le necessità.
Enjoy breakfast on the patio overlooking a gorgeous garden with luscious olive, orange and lemons trees. A short walk leads you into the center of Villammare; charming cafés, boutiques, restaurants and, well-kept (Bandiera blu) beaches with clear water. Donata's home is simple and perfectly situated.Roads that take you along the jaw-dropping, windy Cliento coast to Maratea and Palinuro are only a few minutes away.
“This was a wonderful location. Monica was a warm and gracious host. She left a basket full of wonderful snacks and food; in fact she provided the ingredients (and recipe) for a spaghetti dinner including fresh herbs and olive oil from her own trees. The apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable. The smell of lilacs from the garden added to the overall ambience. The location was close to the beach and restaurants alike. Although we did not have the opportunity to ride through town on the bicycles she provided; they were available should the need arise. Monica provided great information and recommendations on the local sites. Brian and Debra.”
