Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sapucaí-Mirim

The stay at the Bem-te-vi chalet was sensational, very cozy and clean accommodation, great for couples and for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the Capital. The host, Gabriela, was spectacular, very attentive always offering tips from the region and help. The place is gorgeous, with many trails and waterfalls close to the accommodation. We recommend with your eyes closed for everyone.

The villa housed us during the carnival and served what we needed most: a cozy environment that would allow us to relax (and escape the big city) for a few days. Pedro gave us clear instructions on how to get to the house. We had a Polo car and it was quiet - just one day that it rained and left one of the most slippery climb, but it soon passed. We work 4 people remotely in the house for a day (with video calls) and wi-fi served us very well. The kitchen is well equipped, has all the utensils necessary for cooking (pans, cutlery, grating, sleepers…) and for everyday life (offering items such as salt, coffee, filter…). The bathroom was also equipped with toilet paper, soaps, first aid kit (which helped us a lot!), we love the care. The collection of LP's next to the glass is a special charm of the house, we love it! The view from the house to nature is beautiful, it looks like a painting. We felt at home and looking forward to return!

The chalet is perfect, clean, organized, clean and smelling bed & baths, very beautiful views and surroundings, completely surrounded, has all the utensils necessary to spend a few days and weeks until. Check in super quiet, communication with Eleonora was great, attentive and polite. You've given all instructions needed. The chalet is 20 minutes from downtown Santo Antônio do Pinhal, the road is good and a very short piece of dirt road only in the condominium area. Again, thanks for the hospitality, Eleonora!

It was a delight we stayed at Cristina's place! The house is beautiful, super comfortable and is in an even more beautiful place than the pictures show! Everywhere we look when we are in the house the view is beautiful! We were very well accommodated! João was also very welcoming and helpful! The experience of staying at Cristina's place was great! I highly recommend it!

Unique Experience if you were to summarize the days I was staying at Refuge Beira Rio. Desda arrival we were surprised by the beauty of the region with hills and the lush vegetation forming incredible views. The house being exactly identical to the ad, very organized with quality furniture (excellent bed linen) and having everything one needs for a great stay (having everything one needs to cook) I can say that it surprised my expectations for comfort, a stream in the background and native birds by dawn. Counting less than 1 km with an excellent bakery called "Juncal" (the cheese bread and the pizza are delicious) with a very cortez service. Lucas (host) being very attentive and I always request us responding and informing us when requested. It was a trip that left a desire to return home again, the people and the beauty of the place made this an unforgettable journey.

I should stress how well designed the house was, from both structuring to interior aspects. They have extreme good and modern Taste. That added to the Licht Design interior add ons, made a very enjoyable place to be. Lastly, the external views are breathtaking. A unique type of place to stay.

I believe we rented the best house in the inn!! Wonderful place, spectacular views and the very cozy house. We hope to come back many more times!!

Casita is exactly like in the pictures. The space is beautiful and nice decorated. The deck is super pleasant, with two mountain facing chairs and an excellent shower, perfect for the hot days of this summer. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen, super-equipped – we feel totally at home. If you seek a peaceful place that brings peace, you definitely need to know the casita. We had incredible days and we hope to come back many times to see the sunset on the deck. PS: We met the Brownie, a beautiful dog who visited us every day. Simpathic, friendly and a great companion!

The apartment is very cozy, organized, clean and well located. The people working in the condominium were very kind to us, and Amanda is an excellent host. It was a great hosting experience in Campos. We intend to return soon.

I recommend the apt of Mr. Claudio. Very well located, covered space, you can walk to Capivari if you want. The apt is very well equipped with everything a family can need and with great space. Hot shower and hot taps. The village answered my late-night call to solve a problem which helped me a lot.

Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

The wonderful apartment,all very clean,cozy ,full kitchen. The only thing I missed was heaters in the rooms,the fireplace does not heat the whole apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is cozy and perfect for spending cold days with the family. The high point of staying in this house is the chance to meet and count on Rosângela. It is the homemade and it offers a separate service and it is VERY worth it. It makes us enjoy the house even more with the support of Rosângela keeping the house always clean and organized.

Eduardo's place was absolutely fantastic! Everything and more than we expected. I booked his place for my family of 7 people to spend a couple of days to unwind after spending some time in the city and it did not disappoint. The place itself is stunning, incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a short and/or long stay. Plenty of linens, kitchenware, even rain boots for the whole family! The surroundings are breathtaking! To top it off, the hosts and couple that are available to help with the house if you want just make it all that much better! We were cared for extremely well by Eduardo and his team and could not recommend this place more. Definitely a place saved on our list to return to!

The house is exactly as in the images, extremely spacious and wide, holds 6 people comfortably. Eliana is very polite and requests, sent the description of the house and useful information by message, in addition to recommending us a delicious restaurant nearby.
