Located on the 1st floor of a 4-storey building. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe, and 1 bedroom has 3 single beds and a wardrobe. The apartment, which is a few minutes' walk from all the markets and the market place, has a dishwasher, washing machine, inverter air conditioner, and satellite TV. I speak English fluently.

You can reach Cunda, Sarimsaklı by car in 10/15 minutes, 10 minutes walking distance to Ayvalık square. A lovely 3-storey stone Greek house with a garden and magnificent sea views. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC. Middle floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bathroom, WC. Upper floor: terrace with magnificent sea view, seating area, 1 double bed and armchair. There are lemon and olive trees in the garden. Cleanliness is very important. You can drive to the front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.

Our apartment, with a private parking lot, is a 5-minute walk from the center of Cunda, only 70 meters from the sea, and has air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, dryer, kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, hot water, toilet, and bathroom. The apartment has its own entrance. We will be happy to host you on the lower floor of our villa, the upper floor of which belongs to us.

Our house, which was built by the Greeks about 150 years ago, was restored in April 2022 and opened to our guests. You will have the entire house to yourself. You won't be sharing it with anyone else. As required by the identity reporting law, the police will be notified of the identity, and all our guests must come with their IDs.
