Villa with large garden in Sarnano

VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. Comodo ed esclusivo appartamento al centro di uno dei "Borghi più Belli d'Italia". La cornice medioevale sarnanese è ben visibile da questo appartamento che si affaccia sulla piazza del paese di Sarnano. Accessibile da portone in legno antico, al terzo piano, si può finalmente accedere all'unità. Comodo salotto luminoso, ampia terrazza disponibile e due camere da letto dotate di tutta la biancheria e necessaria ed, in una di esse, c'è anche la possibilità di sdoppiare i letti. Vi aspetto!

The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The house is heated by a pellet stove and fireplace.
