Great, undisturbed cabin with very good sun conditions. Private jetty with sun plot, bathing stairs and boathouse - Only a short staircase from the sea, this cabin has everything needed. There are possibilities for 10 people as well, as two of the bedrooms have a family bed with room for three. The cottage has a large patio; large lawn/natural plot, two verandas with particularly good sun conditions from morning to evening. Two large seating areas, sun loungers, large gas grill and inflatable hot tub. The minimum age limit for rent is 30 years.

Welcome to an idyllic year-round cabin near the lake! A short distance to great hiking areas and swimming spots, and close to Strømstad, Halden and Fredrikstad. Enjoy a sunny terrace of 130 m² with several areas, an outdoor kitchen, a pizza oven, an outdoor fireplace, etc. The cabin has 2 bedrooms + an annex with a loft and a sofa bed – perfect for family and friends. Quiet surroundings, ideal for relaxation, walks and long summer days. Cleaning is not included in the price. Bed linen is to be brought by the guest or can be rented.

The cabins are of high standard and are well equipped. There is also a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and 10 beds per cabin. Sponvika is a coastal gem that offers saltwater scents, tarred jetties and fine beaches. In Sponvika's old part you can enjoy the rustic wooden houses with picket fences and old, narrow roads. The area offers rich nature experiences both on foot, by bike or by boat. Sponvika's local inn is located by the harbor and we have a brewery with dining space for up to 30 people, meeting room with 25 seats.
