The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Outdoor kitchen for grilling and cooking outdoors as well. We have Jacuzzi with room for 5 people. We have our own parking with room for about 3 cars. 1 Electric car charger. Several parking spaces in shared parking just across the road. 10 minutes drive to several grocery stores, Kafe and thrift store.

Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city centre, 20 minutes to the Old Town of Fredrikstad and 25 minutes to Strømstad. The cabin has an electric car charger for an addition to the price. A stone's throw from the cabin is a beach, pier and great hiking opportunities. The cabin has throughout good standards.

In this place you can stay close to everything, the location is central on the east side of Fredrikstad. Stone throw away from the Old Town and Kongstenhallen. Quiet residential area. A few days or a few weeks; we agree on pricing. One bedroom with a double bed, 2 extra beds on the 2nd floor, can also be made up to a 5 person on the sofa if desired!
