Large house with a view, Perfect for the big family.

The house is centrally located with proximity to the city and the forest. Large plot that is completely undisturbed at the end of a private dead end street. A very sunny property. 1. et.: Hallway, laundry room, bathroom/WC, kitchen with dining area, cold room, living room, dining room, glass veranda. 1 bedroom. Large porch with several zones. 2. et.: Hallway, living room w/bed, bathroom/WC, 4 bedrooms. Sleeps: 11 ( 1 180cm bed, 2 150cm, 2 x 120cm and 1 90cm in loft living room + possibly a guest bed) We do not rent out with bed linen and towels.

"Foremannshuset" on Furuholmen

Furuholmen was once one of Glomma's largest lumber cream plants, with over 450 employees. Now you can rent the "Chairman's House" and enjoy a weekend or whole week in an idyllic setting. Peace of mind and tranquility in the system are almost guaranteed. The house is about 140 sq.m. living area and just over 210 sq.m. if you count the basement. There are 8 beds, large living room, large terrace, great kitchen and bathroom, parking outside the door and direct access to the water. Nice house with a view to the sea and large porch

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Only 1 km to the ferry that goes to Fredrikstad city center and to the old town. 900 m to Gressvik city center where you will find shops, pharmacy, food service and a pub. Fredrikstad has lots of nice hiking opportunities and swimming spots. Onsøy and Hankø are a short drive from the property. The house contains everything you need for a nice stay and has a large veranda with barbecue. We have a travel bed for children and bed linen available

Historic City Villa

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central in Sarpsborg with 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian street in the center. The house is sheltered and peaceful, with no disturbing traffic noise. Take advantage of the superbly prepared garden with stone benches and garden table and your own barbecue. In the fall you can pick apples of the three big apple trees - totally free of course! The house is newly renovated in 2023 and consists of 3 floors. Welcome to Sarpsborg! :)

House with charm and rural idyll

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child friendly

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Lovely little house- right on the beach

A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.

Cozy seaside home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Huset ligger ved idylliske Skjærviken i Fredrikstad, med nærhet til sjø og byliv. Buss går sentralt like ved huset og svenske grensen er en liten kjøre tur unna. Vispen ligger rett ved, en populær badestrand med kiosk, utleie av kano/kajakk og diverse. Det er sjøutsikt med veranda og hyggelige naboer rundt huset. Stor plen og hage for et slag kubbspill.

Idyllic Villa in quiet surroundings.

Idyllic house in quiet and beautiful surroundings, close to nice hiking areas and beaches. The house has a sea view from the windows and nice patios 5.5 km to the city center in Fredrikstad about 20 minutes with bicycle.
