Welcome to a spacious and cosy house in a popular central area! There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and large common areas on the first floor. The heart of the house is the open-plan living room and kitchen. The property has two bathrooms, one on each floor, which are older in terms of fittings but fully functional and practical during your stay. Outside, you will find a large garden and pleasant outdoor areas. The house has not been recently refurbished, and the standard is somewhat basic in some areas. In return, you get plenty of space and a great location.

The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg town centre. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the ground floor is approximately 115 m². This unit has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a newly renovated bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.
