There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Villa Fernsicht - Apartment 1 with sea view (50m²)

Apartment no. 1 (50m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is just a 2-minute walk away via the private path. Also the national park and harbor are only about 5 min away by foot. The apartment has a living-bedroom, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlight are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony overlooking the pier.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Our apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the majestic Fürstenhof in Sassnitz. The large balcony faces south and from here you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the Baltic Sea and the passing ship traffic. There are numerous cafes and restaurants just a few steps from the apartment. Not far from the Fürstenhof begins the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which stands in one of the two bedrooms each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.
