The national park and the harbor are also only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. Highlights include the enclosed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

On request, we will put fresh buns in front of the apartment door every morning on request.

Unweit vom Fürstenhof beginnt der Nationalpark Jasmund (UNESCO Welterbe) mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen durch das wunderbare Naturschutzgebiet.

The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.
