At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Bright and cozy accommodation, ideally located in the heart of Falaise. It is located right next to all the shops (butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, bakery, restaurants…), a short walk from the museums and the castle of William the Conqueror and the aquatic center. This apartment is tastefully furnished, you will feel good during your stay in Falaise. It has a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with storage for your belongings.

Parking is free in the neighborhood. We live next door and can easily help you if needed.

If paradise exists, it is here in Normandy, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, in Mesnil Simon. The vacation home we offer has just been renovated in a kingdom of greenery and nature. Nestled in a landscaped park, this charming little Norman house offers you all the comforts but also a refined and harmonious decoration. Everything is beautiful and beautifully preserved. You can also enjoy your private terrace with garden furniture and fireplace.

Great for a peaceful stay for couples, families or for a business trip.
