The kitchen and living room are in one large room. Here, too, there is high-speed Internet and Netflix on the TV. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it on our property at a wallbox.

The North Sea or the Netherlands are just around the corner. The surroundings offer many activities or lakes.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Through the garden gate you can directly reach a dirt track for walks along the Soest and across the dike. A small outdoor seating area invites you to linger.
