The house is about 1.5 hours from Lyon, Grenoble, Valence and Saint-Etienne. It is located in the middle of nature at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The tranquility of the place and the beauty of the landscape will certainly win you over. You will be welcomed in a large, renovated house in a fairly modern style and fully equipped.

The farmhouse gîte

Hubert et Claudine vous accueillent dans leur gîte , qui est mitoyen à leur domicile. "Le gîte du Mas", une ancienne ferme datant de 1829 rénovée par leur soin. Celui-ci se tient à 2km du village Bourg-Argental. Il est situé sur un versant Sud-Est vous offrant une vue sur la nature verdoyante, au cœur du Parc Naturel du Pilat. Le gîte est d'une superficie de 75 m2 se composant d'une pièce de vie avec une cuisine toute équipée, trois chambres et deux salles d'eau.

Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located 860 meters above sea level in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and the sun and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative comments about the road, we specify that this is a bumpy road but passable by car!
