You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. Die Ostsee ist in 14 km jederzeit erreichbar (Pool im Sommer!), Wald und Wiesen auf der Kühlung - der Jakobsweg führt durchs Dorf und der Wanderweg startet vor der Tür. Die Rehe springen am Rand der Pferde-Koppel und wer genau schaut, sieht den Fuchs und je nach Jahreszeit die Wildgänse, Störche oder Kraniche über den Hof fliegen und der Hahn kräht (!). The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
