The deer jump around at the edge of the horse paddock, and if you look closely, you can see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese, storks or cranes flying over the farm, and the rooster crowing (!). I have a vacation apartment here with 64 square meters of living space. It is all on the ground floor, so it is also age-appropriate. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, where an extra bed is possible in the larger one. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace invites you to sit comfortably and barbecue. The apartment is located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. All beaches are within half an hour. If you are looking for a bit of peace and relaxation, you are in the right place with me.

You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
