Fishing boats dock at the quay in front of the door, and you can hear the seagulls – a real Baltic Sea feeling. You can also use the roof terrace (from mid-April), which is perfect for a relaxing evening overlooking Wmünde.

The Baltic Sea can be reached at any time in 14 km (pool in summer!), forest and meadows on the cooling - the Way of St. James leads through the village and the hiking trail starts in front of the door. The deer jump on the edge of the horse paddock and those who look closely see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese or cranes fly over the farm and the rooster crows (!). We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.
