PKW-Parkplätze stehen auf dem Grundstück sowie den angrenzenden Straßen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

I have here an apartment with about 80 sqm. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The other rooms on the 1st floor. Next to the entrance there is a terrace for your own use. Parking on a closed site would also be available. The accommodation is centrally located between the Baltic Sea resorts Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. All destinations can be reached in about 30 minutes. We also have a swimming lake in our village. Shopping facilities are available on site.

For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station
