It is a single-story house, so it is convenient for people with mobility issues. The living room is large and allows you to move around easily when there are many of you. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
