Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

For a stop, a break, check yourself out in this unique and tranquil home. Consisting of a bedroom with desk and seating area, a living room with a sofa bed and equipped kitchen. WC and private bathroom. Possibility to access the pool in the summer, in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast possible by reservation and depending on availability. ( bread, 1 baked goods per person, a hot drink, a fruit juice, homemade jam) €9 per person.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the start of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private parking lot, simply decorated but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in the event of a problem or organised gathering.

The King's Dovecote

Authentic 19th century dovecote completely renovated, kitchenette equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs. We are located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the quays of the Baïse and a 5-minute drive from the villages of Lavardac and Barbaste. The attic is independent of our house.
