Close to Montpellier and 20 minutes from the beach of Aresquiers, our charming, quiet, functional and original 90 m2 house is located in the heart of the village. It offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (18 m2 and 12 m2) with 160 x 200 beds, two bathrooms with toilet, an office area, a cozy living room, a kitchen/dining room and a laundry/storage room where you can store 2-wheelers, suitcases etc. The accommodation is close to a large park with centuries-old trees and shops are close by.

Ground-Floor Studio – Parking – Air Conditioning

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or in the courtyard, but not in the garden to avoid any potential incidents with our dog). Check-in is self-contained with a lockbox, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. at the latest

Village house "La Digue"

This house on 2 floors is located in the historic center of the village of Fabregues, in an area with very little traffic due to its narrow streets. You will enjoy a house bathed in light, overlooking a very pleasant square where a century-old olive tree sits. Insulation work was done in early 2026 and the bedrooms were equipped with ceiling fans. All shops are within walking distance, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco as well as beaches 15 minutes from the house.

Ground floor apartment of a house. Close to the village center and shops. Private exterior, parking space, air conditioning, recently renovated. The apartment consists of two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a living room/kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. Beaches 10 km away (about 20 mins), accommodation between Montpellier and Sète. Parties are forbidden. Electric car connection not allowed.

Listed as a historic monument, Pignan is a mediaeval village near Montpellier. You are staying in a former 18th-century sheepfold with beautiful pointed-arch vaults. The walls were built using lime and Pignan stone. It is a large room of about 20 m² designed for 2 people. This unique property is located on the ground floor of our house on a quiet pedestrian street in the town centre, close to small shops.
