Studio Malou, cosy, terrace, river view

Bienvenue au Studio Malou, un cocon lumineux situé à Olliergues, petit village pittoresque, au coeur du Livradois Forez. Le studio s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse aménagée avec vue sur la nature, la rivière. Idéale pour café ou diner en plein air.. Petit déjeuner (en panier) en option 10 euros par personne L' environnement naturel, proche de sentiers, de la rivière et du village font de cet endroit, un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer, découvrir la région ou faire une pause sur votre trajet.

Courpière

Located on the ground floor, on the Thiers/Ambert departmental road, ideal for a stopover, for travellers, workers or visitors. Not suitable for a holiday. Fully self-contained, it includes a living room with a dining and lounge area, and a kitchen equipped for 6 people. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area with bunk beds, a small bedroom with a 2-seater sofa bed (real mattress) and a shower room. Access to the communal garden is possible.

Kassydy House

Come and relax at the Kassydy gîte, a warm detached house with terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, not overlooked and equipped with 7 beds. It is ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.

You will also have access to the property's extensive 4,000 m² garden, which includes a small orchard and an apiary, in a peaceful and unspoilt setting.

In the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this 150 m² fully renovated old farmhouse has a large living room with kitchen area, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 1 TV lounge area. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).
