For two people it is ideal, very comfortable, immediately warm. Perfect for mountain lovers to enjoy the slopes, for ski mountaineering trips or for simple relaxation in the mountains. Even in summer it remains an excellent solution! Important: outside the winter season, the condominium heating is off!

Two-room apartment, complete with everything, ideal for young people or families. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people but there are still up to 5 beds. One bedroom: single bed + French bed. The ski lifts are 200 meters away and can be easily reached on foot. The town center is 500 meters away.

The accommodation is equipped with very spacious and bright rooms. Dinners or barbecues can be arranged in the garden upon request and under our supervision, and if weather conditions permit. Part of the garden is shared. You can also enjoy the place with walks in the woods or enjoy the view in the relaxation area.

The tourist tax charged by the Municipality of Sauze d’Oulx is €2 per person per night, which will be requested as an additional service a few days before check-in.

Delightful apartment in a chalet located at the arrival of the Clotes chairlift, above Sauze d'Oulx at 1800mt. On a very beautiful plateau where there are bars and restaurants and where some ski schools gather before departure. The main chairlift to the top of the mountains starts from here. A fantastic starting point for your adventures on the 400 km Via Lattea area up to Montgenevre in France.
