Beaucoup de charme pour cet appartement situé au 1er étage d'une villa des années 60 entièrement rénovée avec jardin provençal privé (oliviers, lavandes). Le quartier résidentiel est très paisible. Vous pourrez profiter de sa terrasse plein sud mais aussi de l'ombre des arbres et de la fraîcheur du jardin du rez de chaussée. Vous serez à 5 mn à pieds de la gare et du centre ville, des Allées Provençales avec ses cafés et ses restaurants, ses magasins de nougats (nos friandises locales).

Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 peaks to Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.
