(capacity 12 people, 2, 3 families). In the heart of a pretty hamlet km from the picturesque port of Sauzon and 2 km5 from Donner Beach. Description and service of our house mixing both modern and authenticity On the ground floor The front door opens to a large living room of 56m2: both dining room (12 seats) and living room (2 sofas) overlooking the garden on the south side. The kitchen opens onto this living space thanks to a separation by a high table with high chairs for breakfasts, breakfasts or convivial moments for an aperitif. Close to the entrance, to facilitate your organization is a convenient pantry like back kitchen and lingerie. There is also a contemporary bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom/shower for your comfort. Upstairs The staircase leads to a landing converted into a TV lounge for your relaxing moments. Three beautiful bedrooms (22 m2, 20 m2 and 14 m2) with soft and relaxing hues and contemporary decor. Each is equipped with a shower/sink area for your comfort and autonomy.

The house is located in a wild corner of the island, in the heart of the village of Borcastel, on the wild coast northwest the island on the commune of Sauzon. It overlooks the beach of Ster-Vraz and the cove of Ster-Ouen small natural port in the shape of a fjord. (as shown in the photos). On 3 levels, the house is perfect to accommodate 3 couples, and 4 children, with all modern comforts. The beach is downstairs, the departure of walks in the moor and on the wild coast is at the foot of the house.

We accept nightly rentals (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except in summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with arrival on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surf & dunes within 2 km. You will appreciate this space for its originality and location.

In the heart of the famous village of Manémeur, come and discover this charming and authentic little fisherman's house full of character. everything is designed to make your stay a salty and relaxing break. Come and stay in close proximity to the beautiful wild coast, a few strides from the many beaches of the peninsula and its city center. This atypical small house offers a master bedroom upstairs and then a mezzanine type hut (see photo)

Terraced family home (through the garage), with large terrace behind the house overlooking an enclosed garden and completely out of sight. The house is very inviting and well equipped. It is a 15-minute walk from Palais by a pleasant path, close to shops (3 minutes from an Intermarché) and a 15-minute walk from Ramonette beach. No TV or wifi but board games and a well-stocked library. Cleaning is to be done by guests when guests leave.

Charming small family house built in natural materials in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. Beaches and coastal trails are a 10-minute walk away. Very nice wooden terrace with small shaded garden. Atypical, this pretty nest will certainly delight you. We lived there happily... then we built a large adjoining house, with a wooden frame, in which we live. Everyone's privacy is naturally preserved.
