When you arrive at our home, you will discover our local producers' store where a pretty fruit basket will be waiting for you. 5 min from 1 shopping area and the 4-lane highway. Close to the train station.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. 20 m2 studio located a 10 minute walk from the train station and the center with full amenities. You will have a super U 5 minutes by car. The studio is very well arranged you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave/rotating heat oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140x200 bed, an AndroidTV , a wardrobe furniture and a dining table and a shower room Non-smoking accommodation.
